MPO/MTP polishing pad, with an excellent interconnecting microporous structure, in the process of polishing can have excellent polishing stability and will be more durable on polishing life. It can be used together with WT MPO polishing liquid and is suitable for ultra-precision polishing of MPO/MTP.

Instructions For Use
  • Take off the PSA paper of polishing pad, and attach the polishing pad to the glass pad evenly, ensure no air-gap;
  • Drip certain quantity of AO & CO slurry during polishing;
  • Please clean it with water after done polishing.
