ผงลูกปัดเพชร ผงเพชรบีดประกอบด้วยเม็ดเพชรขนาดไมครอน และแต่ละเม็ดประกอบขึ้นจากอนุภาคเพชรขนาดไมครอนที่เล็กกว่ามาก ในระหว่างกระบวนการขัด เม็ดเพชรจะแตกออกเป็นอนุภาคขนาดเล็ก ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นสายโซ่ขัดเงาและให้การขัดสม่ำเสมอและมีอายุการใช้งานยาวนานขึ้น โครงสร้างจุลภาคแบบพิเศษให้ประสิทธิภาพที่ดี เช่น แรงขัดเงาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Diamond-bead Powder is composed of micron sized diamond beads, and each bead is formed by much smaller micron sized diamond particles. During polishing process the diamond beads break into smaller particles, which perform as polishing chain and provide consistent polishing and achieve longer life. The special microstructure gives good performance, such as self-sharpening, continuous polishing force, and high removal rate with less scratches on the finish surface.
