ผงเพชร Monocrystalline ผิวหยาบ หรือเรียกสั้นๆ ว่า RCD มาจากผงเพชร Monocrystalline ที่ผ่านกรรมวิธีพิเศษ RCD Powder มีประสิทธิภาพคล้ายกับเพชรคริสตัลไลน์ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับผงเพชรชนิดโมโนคริสตัลไลน์แล้ว ผง RCD มีพื้นผิวที่หยาบกว่า ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นแผ่นเจียระไนขนาดเล็กจำนวนมาก สามารถลดความหยาบของพื้นผิวและเพิ่มอัตราการขจัดของชิ้นงานได้

Rough-surface Monocrystalline diamond powder, RCD for short, derived from monocrystalline diamond powder processed by special technology. RCD Powder is more like a polycrystalline diamond in performance. Compared with monocrystalline diamond powder, RCD powder has a rougher surface, which acts as a large number of small cutting chins. It can both reduce surface roughness and enhance the removal rate of the workpiece.
